Payal Singh is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California. Ms. Singh has been working exclusively in the area of immigration and nationality law since 1997.She has successfully assisted several start-ups and public companies throughout the U.S. with their immigration needs. Prior to founding her own practice in 2007, Ms. Singh worked at Rai & Associates, P.C. from 2006 to 2007, and at the Law Office of Helga M. Carson from 1997 to 2006.
Ms. Singh has extensive experience in obtaining nonimmigrant visas in the H-1B, L-1, O-1 and TN classifications. She also has extensive experience assisting clients in obtaining employment- based permanent residency through PERM and through the Outstanding Researcher, Extraordinary Ability, and National Interest Waiver categories. Ms. Singh’s practice also involves a broad range of expertise in all aspects of family-based immigration and citizenship applications.
Ms. Singh has co-authored answers for Silicon India’s immigration questions page. Ms. Singh also represents pro bono clients in the area of immigration. Ms. Singh received her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School, California and holds a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from India. Ms. Singh is a member in good standing of the California State Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the South Asian Bar Association (SABA).
Ms. Singh is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California and the U.S. Federal District Court for the Northern District of California.
