Kayla Bynum holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Oregon. She is currently pursuing her Paralegal Certificate and will obtain it in September 2017. She has extensive experience with a wide range of nonimmigrant visas including, H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, Blanket L petitions, TN, O-1, E-3, and nonimmigrant processes involving PERM , I-140 Immigrant petitions, and I-485 permanent residency applications. She has also worked on family- based petitions involving I-130’s, Consular Processing, and Citizenship applications.
She is proficient in English and Spanish.
