Ms. Elena Rivkin is a civil litigation attorney focusing on business and real estate disputes, as well as general counsel for business owners. Her real estate practice encompasses a variety of areas from mortgage lending law to real estate fraud to partition actions and title disputes, with business disputes including shareholder disputes, breach of contract cases and general commercial litigation. Ms. Rivkin works on both pre-litigation and litigation disputes, and serves as general counsel for business owners. In law school, Ms. Rivkin was a judicial extern for Judge James Ware of the Federal District Court in the San Jose Division. Ms. Rivkin was born in St. Petersburg, Russia. She has a JD from Lincoln Law School and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from San Jose State University. She has also Studied Political Science at the Bath Spa University, England Law School. Ms. Rivkin has lived in the Bay Area for most of her life, and is conversationally fluent in Russian.
Ms. Rivkin is admitted to practice in all California courts as well as in the Federal District Court in the Northern District of California.
